Magnetic Pokémon Acrylic Case
We will show you how our magnetic Pokémon acrylic cases are manufactured.
1.Acrylic Sheet Cutting
We will use an acrylic cutting machine to cut 1.22*2.44m（different thickness） acrylic sheets into different sizes according to the customer's product dimensions. The cut sheets will serve as the front panels and lids for our magnetic Pokémon display cases. For smaller-sized acrylic boxes, we can also the laser cutting machine to make them.
2. Diamond Polishing Machine
The edges of newly cut acrylic sheets lack transparency and exhibit visible cutting marks. Therefore, we utilize a diamond polishing machine to polish these edges; once polished, the acrylic edges will be clear again. This is will make your box clear and transparent.
3. Installing Magnets on Side Panels
For the two 8mm-thick acrylic side panels, the magnets must be installed prior to bonding. Typically, we install 3 sets of 5mm-diameter N40 magnets on each side panel; however, if the client has specific needs, we can also install 3 sets of 5mm-diameter N52 magnets. The magnetic force of N52 magnets is approximately 25% stronger than that of N40 magnets. For typical application scenarios, the magnetic force of 3 sets N40 magnet is already sufficient.
4. Acrylic Glue Bonding
For acrylic sheets that have already undergone polishing, we utilize eco-friendly glue for the bonding process. This task requires the expertise of experienced craftsmen to ensure that the finished products are free of air bubbles and visible seams, and make the magnetic acrylic case clear and smooth.
5. Creating Rounded Edges
The edges of the bonded acrylic case have sharp right angles; the edges of the right angles are not sufficiently smooth and pose a risk of scratching the user's fingers. Therefore, we utilize a trimming machine to trim the acrylic case to an R5 edge. Once this process is complete, the edges of the magnetic acrylic case will be smooth, both safer and aesthetically more pleasing..
6. Packaging
We wrap the finished acrylic case in a bubble bag and place it into their own custom-fitted individual boxes. These are then packed into outer shipping cartons, typically in quantities of 10 or 20 units per carton. This can effectively safeguard your acrylic boxes during long-distance transit. We can also affix your required labels to the outer cartons as well.
